Wedding Ordering Tips
Each year we begin taking orders for the fall wedding season in July and we begin producing caramel apples in August. Local customers in the Denver Metro Area may contact us
to discuss order pick-up starting in August. We will not be able to
ship caramel apples until late September, as they are perishable. Please click here for more information on shipping dates and timelines.
We suggest orders be placed 3-4 weeks in advance of the event date. Please click here for more information on shipping dates and timelines.
When placing an online order, be sure to include the date of the event in the Order Notes or Item Notes field at checkout.
(Once the event date is entered, click “update cart” to be sure the
information has saved.) This will help ensure the caramel apples are
delivered within an appropriate time frame. We will schedule the
shipment to arrive approximately 2-3 days prior to the event date listed
on the order. Due to the perishable nature of apples, we cannot
schedule shipments to arrive more than a few days before the event.
We suggest ordering 3-packs of caramel apples for your wedding.
All of our caramel apples come in their single or 3-pack retail packaging to help protect them and keep them fresh. We are unable to
custom package our caramel apples, however we do sell clear cellophane bags and clear plastic boxes
in many different quantities. By ordering the 3-packs, there will be

Planning a wedding that is not within our caramel apple producing season? We also offer caramel apple kits that are easy to use and can be shipped any time of the year.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our caramel apples to Florida, Arizona, Hawaii or Alaska.
If the billing address for the order is located in one of these states,
but the order will be delivered to a state that we can ship to, please contact us by phone to place an order.
