Daffy Apple began selling its famous caramel recipe in bulk two years ago.  Because the caramel is so easy to work with, it has become a great success in caramel shops and concession operations across the country.  The caramel is easily reheated in the microwave and maintains its consistency across numerous reheats.  We have sold the caramel in food service operations, schools and candy shops and the feedback has been fantastic. 

Daffy Apple can also supply sticks, peanut or crunchy coating for caramel apples.  When purchasing apples to make caramel apples, please keep in mind we do not use large gourmet apples.  We use apples that have a net weight of 3 oz. and are generally about 2¼ to 2½ inches in diameter.  We even have a video showing How to Make a Daffy Apple Caramel Apple and easy to follow Daffy Apple Caramel Heating Instructions.
