SEASONAL CANDY CHEF
This position is seasonal and temporary.
Position begins late August 2017 and will conclude approximately October 31, 2017
- Day Shift
- Make caramel and other candy products in a food manufacturing environment following specific recipes.
- Monitor and cook candy according to directions.
- Clean prep area and cooking area as needed.
- Ability to follow formal Food Safety and Sanitation Programs.
- Ability to follow Temperature and Weight calibration procedures.
- Ability to utilize in-house computer system to manage batches and ingredients.
- Ability to safely use and operate high capacity cooking equipment
